Looking for successful real estate agents and realtors to get in touch with.

I have 'boots on the ground', with a local agent who is sending me multi-dwelling properties for Moncton and Saint John. 

Hi Everyone,In Pennsylvania, can you have an agent list for you a property on the MLS if you hold only equitable interest in said property (i.e. having the property under contract as a wholesaler)?

Notice the Sellers Agent and The Agdnts Brioker as well as the seller.  

As a new agent, I suggest going with a big brand name brokerage that has good training like a Long & Foster (Who I work for), Keller Williams, etc.

My question is, if I make a purchase using myself as a broker, is it possible to receive a credit from the seller when acting as my own agent instead of receiving a brokerage fee?

The only experience I have is buying my primary residence in which I used an agent to acquire.

I've located several but I want an agent with experience with rental comps. 

I'm in at 90k and have talked with a real estate agent who recommends that the home will bring 170k remodeled.

Or of course you can focus on being an agent to build up enough capital to invest with.
