Second, if they still go off when there is no smoke I'd replace the living room smoke detector and see what happens, it's a cheap fix.I don't know enough about electrical to advise what happens if the smokes are wired to the same circuit as the stove (it would have to be a gas stove to be on the same circuit, because electric stoves use 220v and can't be on the same circuit)

I think I can get much better financing with it being a third mortgage but I don't know if there are other advantages to trying to make it part of a business.Also, does anyone know the Seattle/Bellevue market who would be able to help me find a better deal like a duplex, where I can generate some cash flow, rather than what I'm currently looking at?

I have seen comments by some posting here that have just given some really bad advice as they just don't have the depth of knowledge in what they decide to advise on or get into, they lack experience to draft a course that really fits the audience here, a national (international) forum.
