I am meeting with a PM next weekend but not sure if I should wait to advertise the house for rent or wait until I hire them?

Keep in mind that anyone can pay to advertise on any of these sites.. no one should get a pass just because they are on BP.. or have a lot of posts etc. myself included..

I still have final inspections to go through so haven't advertised it.

I've always just advertised on FB, Craigslist and Hotpads/Zillow and had great success. 

The signaled intersection gets around 38,000 VPD according to LoopNet which the billboards advertise to.

Cost depends on what you purchase; it's typically advertised so much per foot. 

Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, Facebook, YouTube, Yard Sign ---------- All great places to advertise your rental.

However, the content doesn't rank well.I'd say it's better at establishing trust once the person gets there.That said, I have the Advanced package and I've highlighted in the image below, why I have it:Their chat support is great and takes care of 95% of all problems but those 5% of more difficult problems are taken care of so much quicker with a conversation on the phone.Regarding the other arrows:Unlimited tracking links will make your advertising more effective because you can track more details.The premium designs do look better.Be sure to use the dedicated onboarding specialist.

Coming frI’m a previous purchaser of multiple properties I’ve yet to have a property that doesn’t appraise for the purchase price, not rent for price advertised or honestly perform poorly.  

There are features that are attractive however several that I have not yet made peace with, too.Many of us complained when the right side column was added in order to provide extra real estate for advertisers.
