Western Washington is a wonderful place, love the people and the uncrowded mountains.

Does anyone have experience with getting this type of pricing for windows and Hardie Board siding in Western Washington?

We are now invested in Northern California, and also in Las Vegas, Florida and western/central New York. 

The issue now is that most of the banks don't open accounts for russian citizens because of the war (wich I am totally against of ) and I wonder if I can ask the title company on the closing of the deal to send me money via the Western Union or MoneyGram to Spain.

They structure the loans to comply with Sharia law but charge you in a different fashion for the loan.  

My wife wants to just give them their entire deposit back and be done with these folks (who have been fairly unpleasant) -- and she also worries they could try to "retaliate" in some fashion.

If I were you I'd be looking at some stable mid western markets through a turn key provider.
