We are currently in a temporary rental in Geneva on the Lake but are closing on a house in Austinburg next month.

My family owns a plot of land in Ocala Florida in Silver Spring Shores.

.- Toronto, Vancouver, and Seattle are bubbles that will eventually burst and could cause temporary volatility in their respective regions.- US housing prices projected to continue upward trend overall until 2029.

Also look into locations that are zoned agricultural way easier to navigate zoning as a temporary home.

The roommate leaving will be back, so this sublet will only be temporary.  

As long as there’s no uranium buried in the backyard and it makes good business sense I would overlook the neighbors’ temporary unsightliness.

Because of the prices in Boston and even South Shore/South of Boston (closer to me), the #s just don't add up for a successful deal.

There is the South Shore REIA on the Cape and another REI meetup in Plymouth.  

  Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for an agent in the South Shore ( Scituate.Cohasset, Norwell ) that they have worked with who is actually GOOD and gets it!

I guess the underlying question would be.....do i want to stay here long term if so then keep it debt free, if I decide this is a temporary place then maybe i'll try the mortgage, rent current property idea----that I put in a previous post.
