Looking for an agent that "gets it" in South Shore MA

Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for an agent in the South Shore ( Scituate.Cohasset, Norwell ) that they have worked with who is actually GOOD and gets it! My husband and I are looking at two different avenues for our next property which has seemed to cause confusion for most agents.

We are struggling to find a real estate agent who understands that we are probably not a "typical" buyer. We are moving from Boston to S. Shore, always looking to add to our rental portfolio, but while also looking for a more long term single family home for just us.  Looking for a multi that we can potentially live in for a year or so to save, but also wanting to look for a single family that would be a next 5-10 year home, we're open to either depending on property.  The point being we are searching for multiple avenues at once and seeing what comes up.

Anyone have recommendations on who to work with who wouldn't be put off and who could be proactively helpful in finding investment properties?

Thanks
