I have a residential property on east side of Athens, Georgia and am looking for a property management company to help me manage. 

Would just like to reach out to the community for any advice or tips on getting funding to help with the project.I know typical banks will not lend for spec builds.I have completed other small Developements ( duplexes, triplex etc)I have about 20% to put into the project and the market is very strong.

Any advice on someone who can assist with financing for this development project?

I previously managed the unit myself and rented it out for $1200 with a washer and dryer included.

Was not doing the work myself, but trying to project manage the work remotely by myself to save a few grand that management would have charged extra.
