I have a lot of people that are in the 550 credit score range.Do you advertise it L/O or owner finance and whenthey get there you explain L/O to them and tell them in blank yearsyou can buy the property and use the option money as a down payment?

Next time, I'll just call so he doesn't know what I want.I guess I could serve him with a certified letter that I will be inspecting the property at said date and time, but is there another way?

The first L stands for limited which means you have some liability.
