HI Mike, If you can send me a PDF of the Deed putting the title in your personal name(i.e. when you purchased the property), I can easily mark it up and send this back to you with the changes needed to  convey it into your LLC-- then you can take this to a FL attorney for easy prep and recording... but please be aware I am not licensed to practice in FL, just GA and NM...do you have a loan?
