So this is a great opportunity for you.You can continue to rent that property and as long as you close it's sale within 3 years of the time you moved out you can still claim that you have lived in it for 2 out of the previous 5 and take that profit tax free with no reinvestment requirements.  

So why is it that all these people are claiming that they, or someone they know, is killing it in wholesaling?
