@Jay Hinrichs Thank you for your incite because I am trying to read up on flipping contracts but I don't even know where to begin it can be overwhelming.

I was looking at it in terms of flipping it or renting it out because I have not seen it in person and would not want to live in it.

Looking at ways to get funds to do a flip.

Hey all,Does anyone know an investor friendly hvac guy to install a complete system in a house I am flipping in the Bagley area of Detroit.

I reckon we just need a little support approaching our first “long flip” if you will :) We either want to be in 29407 or downtown or Folly Beach (I know we are dreaming) but we are not afraid of a challenge!

The market right now in Wichita is hot and we have a lot of investors, so most desirable properties for rental or flips are gone within the first few days.

I had to flip it over to a person who could've handled the situation better than I since this was my first 'kinda deal'.

I think some of this is due to all the tv shows that show flips, rennovations etc.

We checked it out within 48 hours and quickly decided to flip would be the way to go.
