Private/Hard Money Lenders may also make very Short Term Loans in the following situations: where an investor is Closing on a property and then Reselling, or where the property is Under Contract to sell and a “Simultaneous Closing” or “Assignment of Contract” is not feasible.These loans are generally made to experienced borrowers who have an established relationship with the lender.

Just make sure your on site manager knows the law and is experienced with evictions, etc. or that you have a good attorney who will advise you when you have problems.

Her moms idea is to let it go into foreclosure then buy it back when it goes to a short-sale with a private lenders money (which I have) but I think this is a huge risk because, correct me if I'm wrong, but once it goes into a short-sale anyone can buy it and I'm sure we would be going up against experienced and knowledgeable investors that would get it before us.

The app crashes often, especially for me when I use the search function and also experiencing pictures not showing or being mostly off the screen as stated above. ..and only via the app, works fine via the browser.
