There is one large brokerage in the area who I have yet to see this fee disclosed on any of their paper work at all on applicable properties.There is also no public database of the information because this debt is privately owned.

Some counties in Georgia require you to pay for access to their online database, but fortunately I live in a county that allows free access & that actually does a good job of updating the records.

If you have Access Database and the addresses are exactly the same in both lists or there is some sort of unique identifier that is the same on both lists (possibly parcel numbers), then you can import both spreadsheets into Access.

These folks would just look at me and say   HM that does not seem legal   LOL... and sure enough we keep them in our data base and over the coming years when they pass.. guess what happens.. kids log timber take money and spend it.
