Could affect the buildings annual holding costs and resale ability.Another big one that developers deal with ( I used to work for one on commercial projects) is not only environmental issues but endangered species issues.Here in GA a stream was found to have "snail darters" a protected species.

I know NOTHING about Commercial Real Estate but I can tell you that if you are incorporating PROACTIVE marketing (cold calling and door knocking) with PASSIVE marketing (direct mail, emails etc) that is the recipe for success in ANY business.Good luck and keep up the good work
