The building isn't the safest and I have had gangs/drug dealers make threats in the past but I don't carry a gun or any other type of weapon when visiting the property.

Most on full permanent disability get around $700/month  It's impossible to live on that and they are often too disordered to keep a regular roommate so these tenants have to do other things-- they work under the table when possible or more often they do other things generally frowned upon by landlords and neighbors, like renting couch space to homeless "friends" (say welcome to the bed-bugs), selling drugs, running unauthorized day cares, shoplifting, or providing laundry services if the landlord pays water.

I went from hanging with kids whose parents were drug addicts and welfare recipients, to hanging out with kids whose parents were airline pilots, and mortgage brokers. 

The issue with Morris is he knew and kept going  money becomes a drug when your making 200k or more a month..

Are they drug dealers?

I mean geez if he’s paying rent and not a drug dealer is it really causing much damage

I met an investor here in town who rented to government assistance low income individuals, ended up with mostly drug addicts but the rent and utilities were paid by the feds so they  didn't care.Any idea of how that program works Roy?

It was a neglected area ridden with crime and drugs for decades.

., New York and on and on  by giving them free needles for drugs.
