I cut my granite with a Harbor Freight diamond blade in an old circular saw holding a garden hose on low aimed at the blade/kerf. 

It doesn't have the same great view of the mountains as it's low, but has a nice garden all around the area.

I went to home depot probably 40 times a month. sometimes 2-3 times a day if I really miss-measured..lol. but it was a learning experience.

Without further ado, the breakdown:Bedroom Paint:Consumables: $397.63 (Home Depot / Lowes)Non-Consumables: $147.20 (Home Depot / Lowes)The wall area of both rooms is around 700 sq ft (350 sq ft each).

I almost went with Home Depot but I feel like there are much better options out there.

The upper end does well and maybe the economy hotels do well but the other ones in between like Hilton Garden, etc are challenged.

If all breakers are on go to Home Depot buy a 30 dollar ac meter that will read up to 240 volts.  

Don't plant a garden in the common area without permission (and then cry that the contractor drove on it.)
