I'm trying to install some LED rope lights around my balcony/deck area and ideally I'd like to plug the lights into my HVAC Closet rather than using the outdoor outlet that I have to have a cleaner look.

The current fence(neighbors fence) is in almost dilapidated conditions and I’m fearful that this will discourage tenants in future turnovers if not dealt with so with that being said this weekend I plan to reach out to the new neighbors, I’ve already lined up one of my guys to install a new 6ft fence but it will require the demo of their current fence and the dogs to be put up while the work is being done(don’t need anybody getting bit) my question becomes though if you are a dog owner shouldn’t you be required to have a proper and safe fence or does this matter fall into my lap, I don’t want to make to make a big issue because well these neighbors could end up causing more trouble then it’s worth..

The way that you 'really' want to do all of this is load everything into a PostgreSQL install, load the county into its own table (and the monthly updated county lists) and run the JOINS in PostgreSQL against any new list.

We are still searching for the right tenants, but until we do find someone, I'd like to ensure that I install a camera around the driveway area to ensure that no one is trespassing the property....and even more importantly, to protect it from squatters breaking in.

Its dark, but dark is okay.It needs a mantle... that's not an opinion, that's a fact :D You just can't do much with a mantle-less fireplace, decorating-wise.Plus, mantles are relatively inexpensive-- our cabinet guy makes them and will match the wood in the kitchen for continuity.That said, I'd also buy a nice fireplace screen and have that installed... it'll make a world of difference.
