I have interviewed a couple, I was told by my local RE Attorney that I need to go with one of the big firms, Buckingham Doolittle and Burroughs, or Shottenstein Sox and Dunn out of Columbus to get the securities questions answered that I was asking, and I had a lot of them after attending a couple private money seminars. 

I have a house in Columbus, OH but frequently work on television shows as a producer throughout the country.  

Macon, Columbus, Miledgeville, on and on.   

Cash out refi 80% of your equity leaving your original 20%'s down on all your properties and take that and buy multi-family in Columbus, OH.

I am currently looking into Dayton and Columbus, mainly Dayton.

I also attended Ohio State University in Columbus .

I'm planning on going to the Columbus REIA meeting.

Some things that I would like to take away from this site would be:    -More knowledge of the Columbus area and it's investment opportunities.
