Hello from Columbus, OH

I have been lurking on the forum for a while and reading/learning as much as I can. I just started J. Scott's books and am looking to start a buy and hold or flip strategy depending on the property. I'm going to be attending the local REIA meeting this month and look forward to meeting some of you in person. My goal is to grow a large enough portfolio to stop working 12 hour shifts and spend my time on real estate and at home with my boys while they are still young. Thanks for all of the knowledge I have gained already and I look forward to future discussions!
