How many bedrooms per unit?  

The only ones I had considered so far was that I want to stay around 200K-250K, 3 bedrooms at least and less than 15 years old.

I liked this deal for the prospect of learning more about creative financing.

We feel this is unaffordable, and will inevitably end back in FC.Any creative ideas?
