I have had a Bigger Pockets account for about a month now but have decided that the only way I am going to achieve my real estate goals is by getting out there and interacting with people that have similar goals so here I am. 

I love meeting and interacting with new people and I cannot wait to network with some of you! 

Account Closed I think you are going to get more interaction if you join local REI facebook pages and individual message people you see doing what you want to learn about.

I’d love to interact with other investors in the area. 

It is very easy to automate the rental and leave you with very little interaction with the property if you do things right.

The FB group included in it is a great place to interact and build relationships with other investors.

We currently have one rental and are looking to 1031 it into one or more properties to produce a better cap rate.We are really enjoying everything we have found in the bigger pockets community so far and look forward to interacting with the community in the future.

Nor do I have any firsthand experience with other turnkey companies other than what folks say about them or my brief interactions with them. 

Spend some time getting educated and I encourage you to post questions and interact on the site.
