New Wholesaler alert...yes, another one!

My name is Ashley Gantt and I am new to Atlanta and new to Real Estate Investing. I've been researching, planning, and researching some more and I have decided to begin my Investment ventures with wholesaling. I am still learning the Atlanta area and would love for any pointers and tips around investing in the Atlanta market. I stay in North Fulton county and plan to begin driving for dollars and cold calling this weekend. I am originally from Charleston, SC and would love to expand my business there as I know the city like the back of my hand. Any tips on wholesaling remotely would be much appreciated!
