I’m not really concerned with being recorded, the worst thing I’ve done is trash-talk design features that drive me crazy, like painted brick, farmhouse sinks, carpeting in the bathroom and floral wallpaper.

It used to and then this year it finally went away and now it's "cash flowing" lol.The assessment listed is the city assessment. 2019 & 2020 remain the same at $165,300 so it's not increasing per the city. 2018 was the worst at $160,700 and then 2014-2017 it was $164,300.
