BP Community,Has anyone had any success in getting zoning changes in Grand Rapids, MI?

My one concern that I've been reading opinions on (and feel free to add yours) is that I don't intend to stay in Grand Rapids long term (preferably relocating within the next year or two).

A lot of professionals are moving into the Grand Rapids area.  

For instance, in the City of Grand Rapids, you can get a 6-year cert if everything is good, no written NOV and all taxes, etc. are paid.

Long-time-procrastinator; first-time-investor.Since August 2015, I've purchased two investment properties in Grand Rapids, MI:Single family (3 bed / 2 bath) in East HillsTwo-family (2+1.5 up / 3+1 down) in CrestonBoth needed some work, but now the single family is available and the two-family is half-rented, so I'm getting there!

It appeared to have a serious mood issue so I'm wondering if anyone else in Grand Rapids or West Michigan has dealt with removing mold and if you have any experience or recommendations  for companies that do it.
