why don't you call a TGC to give you a price on what you are trying to get done just tell him labor only and get our supplies, alot will not charge but its a good idea to give the guy 50 dollars cash to min to cover his gas and time to get you out an estimate.Make sure you tell him its builder grade and share with him the price you just got and see if he can stay in the range of David not a bad price range

Account Closed If you stated that you have to deposit $2,500 with the title company, you have to do that within a certain amount of time (whatever is stipulated in your contract and it is required in your area) in order to have a valid contract.

They send us the usage for each door and we add it to their ledger that they pay the following month.We have it in our lease that water is paid by the resident and I have never, not once, heard anyone ask why they have to pay for the water, they also pay for gas & electric.If you can afford the upfront cost do it or wait until you can and hire a company that does the readings for you.

The lenders  concern is  valid ....I am surprised that  with this concern they are  willing to  counter offer  with a 90% ltv  option  versus  a lower loan to value .......assuming  you cant / wont   get the lender to  change their mind   or  that you cant  get  employer  letter  or   that you  dont / cant  do the  10% down - I would  try  another  lender  asap ......your lender  may have been aware of your plans ..but  his underwriters  werent  aware of it until  recently  when  they  underwrote / reviewed your file
