Is this a good rental property deal?

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if this was a good rental property deal.

The price of the property is 270,000. This is a four unit property. In rent it produces 3,000 dollars a month.  My total mortgage with taxes and insurance would be 1700 dollars a month.
