We have a long term renter vacating on one that we will sell.

We will be there the first week of June for vacation.

For a landlord who self manages, what happens when you are out of town for vacation or travel for work, or whatever? 

My ultimate goal is to make a very comfortable living and to be able to take my family on fun vacations, and spoil my grandkids.

I'll look into it after the holidays (going to Colombia for vacation and looking at some properties there as well)

I don't brag about things but joke how this allows me to take 2 week vacations in the Caribbean for the last 6 yrs, help pay my kids college, or get me to early retirement.
