Hello,Does anyone have recommendations for a CPA in Houston who is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate investing?

Many many investors have gotten this excellent balance of knowledge and motivation from Robert Kiyosaki.

This site is a lot to take in with lots and lots and lots... of knowledge!

This isn't the norm so much where I currently stay in California so I'm finding it hard to judge good areas from bad ones.Can anyone offer some knowledge on some neighborhoods in Jacksonville?

I can tell you that if you hang around here you will find all the knowledge you need to do anything with real estate, without buying any expensive courses, although I do recommend J.
