We have a higher end rental in this area (albeit unfurnished) and I have seen my property management company advertise several high end furnished homes on their site (5-7k/month range), with some listed as short term winter rentals.

I travel frequently to Newark, Delaware for work though, so my initial search area is the area west of I-476 in PA to Newark, DE.

In order to find these, you should register on Meetup site and join at least one REI meetup.

You will find a ton of networking opportunities and education on the site.

I grew up from poor beginnings and without any kind of travel opportunity, so I am ultimately working toward financial freedom so that my son and I are able to travel.

By the way, the auditor site says it is logged as a 4-19 unit building.
