Prices have come down dramatically and I think it would be a good time to get in before rates come down, we get past the election and everyone else jumps back in!

They also issue a card card and I've used only a few times, again no issues.

If a lender will not get back to you in a timely manner on questions and updates once the loan starts then it can be very frustrating.
