What are your thoughts?

hey @Thomas Kambadzi,Thought i would jump in here and shed some light as i see you may have received some negative feedback.

What are your thoughts? 

I wanted to see if someone is willing to give me feedback, possibly run number and hear your expertise or just briefly look over it and give thoughts on the Ad. 

I hope this helps provoke some thought for your up-and-coming project.

I also thought of using google wallet.  

My thoughts are if ownerrez is offering it as a revenue stream than it must be profitable.  

I started my first STR in Orlando 2021 which was a SFH within a resort, I found what I thought was  good deal, and I didnt do a pile of great research, but have been lucky and its doing well!
