Just wondering how interested people would be to have a website that they could go to that they could do a back ground type check on potential renters to see if they have had any bad experiences with other landlords and to be able to see the type of damage they inflicted on the landlords property to help them in not having the same thing happen to them.

Unlike the stock market, where tens of thousands of analysts are analyzing most every stock out there, real estate is an inefficent market where a determined and savvy investor can search out and exploit market opportunities before the herd discovers them.I feel like there should be an American flag waving behind me right now with the Star Spangled Banner playing in the background, but to me real estate is what America and capitalism are all about: with some hard work, determination, guts and grit _anyone_ can succeed in this great land of opportunity.

If you have enough experience and background in the real estate or construction field to be able to find the things that an inspector would find, then that's great.

I would just need basic information, a breif background, and then Ill work with that person on coaching them into homeownership.

Personal Financial Statements or background info on the Principles that are going to be on the loan (we need to know who they are and if they can repay the debt).
