I’m running low on resources at the moment and need to find additional help to speed up the work.I prefer to be the GC myself as I’ve found I save a ton of $$$ that way.

Not sure where to start or if other fellow Canadians have targeted areas.

Roughly most active note investors I would guess target returns in the 30% and up neighborhood on non-performing notes.

When i wanted to go all in didnt have resources flash forward and now have resources but 10 yrs from retiring .

My problem with this approach is that my target audience is only those searching for managers, which is only a very small percentage of Airbnb owners since most owners are convinced that managing the property themselves is most logical and profitable.My approach is to try to target those who don't think they need a manager, and to try to explain to them why it's worth considering.

Any other recommended resources?

I'd love to start now, but I don't really have the means to and have a lot of my savings invested in other resources right now.I've recently started listening to BP a lot and I'm adding books to my list to read.

If they needed tenants, you could bring tenants.The big question is whether you have the resources and ability to bring them these things better than others who are already doing so.  

We'd like to target some of those as well, but aren't sure how to go about putting a list like that together.
