Well you cant do that.. you can be an investor which means you close and then resell but you cant market what you don't own .. in any form or fashion.. they were also investigating a RE broker who has made a career of listing certain wholesalers deals before the wholesaler close thereby aiding in a double close.. which they think violates the rules. 

None of these issues were surfaced during the inspection.

Granada my friend, so much better area, schools etc... and you can take the 118 to the 5 to the 170 to the 101 or surface to 170.  

Often, you will need to dig deeper to get at the facts.I used to do my screening the "old fashioned" way.

I'm looking for my #2 house hack in a similar fashion but instead of managing 5 more tenants, I'm looking into doing section 8 where I can reduce work load with managing only one lease for a family. 

The repeated negativity is nothing more than good old-fashioned bullying.

These are just some surface level numbers. 

We hired a local GC to manage the rehab which is largely surface level outside of some bigger cap ex items like roof, windows, hvac.

Outside of that it's a good ole fashion gut check.has worked great for us and we boast a 96% occupancy rate over 13 years
