It would tend to get you viewed as a guru trying to sell a package to someone.And we all know what kind of reputation those guru's have.While I am not a fan of this type of advertising, it can work if done right.Just keep away from the "I have a secret" message, PLEASE.

These are high-end commercial linoleum which would normally sell for $75 - $100 yd^2 ... and since the original customers are frequently hospitals, medical clinics, day cares, retirement homes, the linoleum tends to be more "fun" than the hordes of vinyl sheet that tries to look like stone, wood, something-else.

Month to month tenants tend to equate to more sketchy areas and that might be an issue over the long haul.But lets say your rents on bldg 1 are 600 and 400 for bldg 2.

You may even consider the Wholesale Contract like a Pocket Deal, done by word of mouth.Each party of the transaction, Seller and Buyer, will have to know the full disclosure on both sides.While I have to say check with an Attorney as I don't know all the intricacies of this type of transaction, I would tend to believe that an Agent/Broker would have a much better chance of servicing both the Seller and Buyer than an Wholesaler who is not Licensed.I'd like to hear from some of the more experienced Agents/Brokers like Russell Brazil.
