For reference, I will post parts of his Ogden comments below from the other thread.If you spend a lot of time driving the streets of Ogden, you know the good the bad and the ugly.

If you lived there, you may or may not feel threatened, depends on the street you live on and your definition of threatened, but keep in mind, with the area mostly made up of tenants, your street could go from good to bad quickly.  

I think that product trades close to $200,000 if done right, depending on the street...

So, how about: find out where (say) $800/m IS the going rate in Springfield, and look for the worst houses in the best streets - in those areas?

The frustrating part is that I’m one street away from the 4 unrelated zone.QUESTIONS:-Has anyone had experience being granted a re-zone for their property?
