other wise they can out source all of what your doing pretty easily with VA's etc and the direct mail guys on this site but those guys don't work on performance you have to pay up front and direct mail is very expensive. 

But I do believe that good deals can still be had today.In fact, looking at an email I received from a turnkey provider (who does not appear to have any presence on this site) there back in March of this year, she was selling SFRs in Parma, Parma Heights, Cleveland (44102), South Euclid, and University Heights at the time.

I just googled "queens new york for rent" and one of the first sites was Trulia with nearly 6,000 ads.

Each time I go the the site my info is required all of a sudden .

If you do a wire, you need to verify the recipient info personally - never rely on an email, as the latest scam is for emails to be intercepted and account numbers changed.

But do not just rely on the management company to handle it as they may just charge you.
