It makes life so much simpler.

My husband and I are in the market for a fixer-upper, and would like to turn whatever we buy into a two-story home with an open-concept first level, and a second-level that has three-bedrooms, and features  a loft - overlooking the first level.

Then you can show a proof of concept.

The high-level concept is to treat the LLC as a separate and distinct legal entity. 

So, some of the most basic concepts/rules are never applied, because they were never understood.Without that understanding of those basics, it is almost impossible to make decisions...unless they fit into a nice package that is the same all the time.I see that here a lot. 

I understand onsite leasing and maintenance is much simpler.

We have found it difficult to find GC's that understand the the concept of working with investors and understanding that we are looking for better pricing in return for repeat business.Any help that can be provided would be much appreciated.
