Connected Investors - Contractors
I’ve read a lot of negative comments about connectedinvestors.com and most of it are about their funding/lenders. I’m in the middle of partnering with a couple contractors I found through connected investors. Anyone have any bad experience with contractors on that site? I’m hoping that the one I found is legit and kind hearted. I am a new investor from CA looking to purchase properties in Cleveland, Ohio and needed contractors who can fix&flip the properties i am going to buy.

@Maricar Mendoza - I"ve used @Daryl Anderson on my projects - continue to use him and his team and i know many out of town investors have as well. He capable, local, honest, and resourceful. I stand behind this one and am generally apprehensive with referrals.
