Hello @Tamir Nachum,Many folks in your position start off by finding highly rated school districts and searching for properties nearby.Proximity to public transportation is another factor that is considered although with COVID, this factor holds less weight than it did 6 months ago.I'd recommend you speak with an investor-friendly agent in NJ to get a feel for what other investors in your shoes are doing.Best of luck to you moving forward!
