Mostly the rage against anyone who is non licensed, fearing that they will prey upon and take advantage of the public.It will be interesting to see if any of them will chime in here as you are licensed, yet seeking to wholesale without the intention to buy yourself.

I don't know much about the Timber Tax, to be honest; but the Current Use penalty is imposed on any land of 10 acres or less than is taken out of its current use.
