I'm looking for someone who can Answer the phone 24/7 & maybe track leads, schedule showing of potential properties and tracking leads for me.

Also Google each property/owner to see if you find current addresses, email, or phone numbers. 

I found I could always slip in a phone call or two on the real estate when needed. 

A Google search on some of these yielded more information and some led me to web sites where it appeared like I could find a phone contact or other "identification" as to who the owner might be.

Instead of working they're on their phones searching the web.Make sure you GEO target and review the campaign on the monthly basis.
