The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

May be able to google too.Most wholesale carpet stores will quote you a lot less than the guys advertising on TV and with big fancy showrooms but know there is still room to negotiate but may take you purchasing several times so that the salesman realizes you are a return customer.

If selling retail, I call BS to it because in Listing retail it's NOT about you, the listing agent, having a bunch of buyers, it's about being BEST at marketing a property to all the potential buyers, buyer gate keepers and so on.
