If you are offing something all inclusive AND your requested rent is within the amount the HA deemed to be “reasonable” compared to non-SEC 8 rented units AND the amount is deemed to be “affordable” for the current tenant based on their current income, your requested rent will be accepted.

As far as @Michael Corbin's request goes, I'd look up 3 or 5 different attorneys in your area and find out if they can give you about 15 mins of advice before choosing which one to go with.

You can even export the table to Excel if you want to.Keep in mind this will be list price per sq ft, and not actual sold price/sq ft.The other thing you could do is request comparable sales data from a realtor for a specific area.

So here is an update and a new request for guidance.After I challenged the VA appraisal with no success, buyer had issues with the VA loan so switched to Conventional.
