Hard money lenders aren't regulated like regular lenders.

Some thoughts: Dry indoor mold is more dangerous than wet indor mold, since it is airborne much more easily.People become extremely ill in a toxic mold environment.

Scary thought given the current environment.

I experienced a very hostile environment for investors in western pa therefore I would advise everybody who thinks about investing there to think twice or even three times before making a decision on investing in this region

These industries will continue to exist and by their very nature will be located in these rural areasAside from that there are those businesses that are considered "unacceptable" and will locate in a rural area, far away from NIMBYs and city regulations.

Is doing it in person, in a class environment better than online or does it depend on the person?
