Best Real Estate Pre-License Course?
Hi guys,
Newbie here to the site but I absolutely love both the Bigger Pockets and BP Money podcasts.
I'm finally about to take the dive and get stuck into Real Estate (i'm based in Orlando,FL), however i'm not entirely sure what the best Pre-License course is? I've heard many different opinions on companies/courses such as Climer, 360training & oncoursetraining....
Does anyone have any recommendations? Is doing it in person, in a class environment better than online or does it depend on the person? Do you recommend doing it all in one week or spacing it out?
Any tips/recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks,
