The best banks to approach will be local or regional banks, particularly those who like MHPs.

Interesting how people feels about earthquakes in different regions.

I looked into it at one point, I'm not an expert on that region but there did seem to be some rather high priced sales happening.

That being said, if you want to talk about appreciation of value in the Jackson and surrounding areas, it'd be worth looking up some news articles on the Memphis Regional Megasite Center that the state is spending like $175M to build near there.
