I am taking a loan of $280,000 but for some reason, the lender I am talking to is charging me about $6800 of lender fees in the closing costs quote that he provided, along with other overpriced charges that I have not received when I got a previous loan from a different lender in California.

For all the people out there that are happy about the NAR Settlement, that are happy about "sticking it" to the RE Agent, claiming that RE Agents make too much money, don't provide good service/advice, that they don't have to pay high commissions any more, and that they can fill out "paperwork" and sell a house themselves...are the embodiment of ignorance and inexperience.

However, before adding the address to the system, they checked with USPS to verify, and came back denying my request saying the same explanation as what USPS said above.No one at USPS or the City has been able to provide me with any ordinances, laws, USPS Handbook rules, etc. as their basis for enforcing this decision.

PS: He suggested me an FHA 203k, but I'm not open to that because I want to reserve my FHA loan to buy my primary residence home by the end of the year. that's why I'm interested in this deal, well done, it will not impact my credit score.So how will you go about this deal?

This structure provided a balanced level of protection without being overly cumbersome - that said 3 LLCs was a pain.If you're inclined towards maximizing legal liability protection, you might consider creating individual LLCs for each property.

If they liked the apartment, they could apply (pay the application fee per adult, and complete the application), and I would perform screening, and provide an answer within 24-48 hours.This process allows for a few different filters.
