Personally I don't really like any of these because they are tough to make work.

I think this example I recently came upon proves that beyond question. 

For multi-family units that hit the 1% or 1.5% mark, those are going to be tough to find in the country, and Nashville is no different.

Tough lesson for sure.

The same principal applies here but may be a little harder to prove in a court of law.It's worth doing.

For some people, if they have an emotional connection, seeing it rented out and tenants possibly not taking care of it can be tough mentally.
