Advice on selling or renting my home
Hello Everyone!
I’m starting my Real Estate Investment journey and I’m currently educating myself by reading books and forums, watching webinars, listening to podcasts, and attending Real Estate investor meetups. I’m trying to decide which path would be better to sell my home or keep it as a rental. I do believe the market is going to increase in my area probably within the next 2 years.
Here is a little info about my home:
I purchased my home for $180,000 2 years and 7months ago. The value of my home is about $215,000. It is a 3bd 2ba and my mortgage, insurance and taxes $1256.00. The average rental for single family home my size and area is $1350.00.
